These one-on-one sessions are designed as a way to assist you in identifying any blocks or limited belief patterns you currently hold in regard to yourself, your relationships, career or trauma experienced. Through discussion, meditation and journaling, you will gain clarity about your situation and potential solutions. Recognizing and working to change the thoughts, behaviors and actions that no longer serve you, will allow you to open up to a different way of seeing yourself and how you navigate the world around you. Creating an increased ability to manage and resolve stressful, challenging situations and put you on the path of self-discovery and healing.

Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine commonly referred to as Energy Healing. It works holistically to help create balance in the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki is a relaxing treatment whereas natural healing vibrations are transmitted though the hands of the Reiki practitioner to the body of the recipient. Reiki is known to relieve stress, pain, anxiety, induce relaxation, release emotional blockages, accelerate natural healing, balance subtle bodies energies and support other medical modalities including traditional therapies.

Reiki is administered with the recipient either lying down or on a massage table or sitting in a chair. The session is conducted with the recipient fully clothed and Reiki is offered through gentle, light, non-invasive touch with the practitioner’s hands placed gently and held on (or just above) a series of locations on the body. The placement of hands is neither invasive nor painful.

A recipient may feel subtle waves of energy moving through their bodies, or experience heat or coolness from the practitioner’s hands. However, it is also completely common to “feel” nothing but still be left with a deep sense of relaxation, overall well-being and inner peace.

Sessions are conducted in a private, quiet space where soft music is played and essential oils are diffused. Expect to receive powerful healing energies and intuitive guidance to help you heal challenges, remove energy blocks and raise your vibration.

During our session, I will connect with your energy to offer insight and guidance and help you connect with your inner wisdom. As divination tools, Tarot, Oracle and/or Angel Cards are used. My readings offer constructive support by validating your own intuitive feelings or when you’re trying to make a decision about what would be the best action to take. My readings can be helpful when you are feeling stuck or are unable to see your past, present, or future in a clear or positive light. They can uplift you, teach you and guide you toward a greater understanding and confidence.

To prepare for your psychic reading, please make sure you choose a day and time where you have plenty of time before and after the session so that you are as relaxed as possible. Having a clear mind will ensure that you are open to receive and process your reading while reducing disruptions in your energy field. You may also like to come prepared with specific questions and a notepad. Often times, information will arise in a reading that makes little sense in the moment, but that you discover has meaning later on.

Cancellation Policy

All classes and services are pre-paid via cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. If you need to cancel, 24-hour notice is required in order to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be given for cancellations less than 24 hours; however, you have the option of rescheduling your session/class for a later date as the schedule allows.
